We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak season (spring and fall). Full Service clients typically book 9–12 months out, while Day-of Coordination can sometimes be arranged with as little as 6–8 weeks notice, depending on availability.
Yes! We serve Covington and the surrounding Newton County area, as well as the greater Atlanta metro. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles from Covington.
We plan all kinds of celebrations — weddings, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. If it's worth celebrating, we're in.

Day-of Coordination is for clients who've done their own planning and just need a professional to manage the actual event. Full Service Planning means we handle everything from the very beginning — vendor sourcing, design, logistics, and the day itself.
Yes, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
